BOOKING INFORMATION

Because we get a lot of calls every day, it is not possible for us to meet with potential clients without pre-payment of the Reservation Fee (which is refundable up to 7 days after our initial meeting). Please go over the site carefully and send us an email or call with questions in order to satisfy your curiosity prior to calling for a meeting.

After the 7-day grace period, the Reservation fee is non-refundable and applied towards the price of the chosen photography package.

Once your booking is confirmed and entered into our system, we will meet to discuss the details of your event. We remain in constant communication in order to stay abreast of the latest details pertaining to your event.

After the event takes place, we go through the images very carefully; making sure each one is ready to show to the client. If your package includes digital files and proofs, the turnaround time is approximately 4 days to 1 week. If your package includes an album, the design process usually takes 1 week to 10 days, and an additional 5 – 8 weeks for the book to be returned to us from the book binder.
